Cantina Zaccagnini has been making wine in the hills of Bolognano since 1978, and the alcohol-free Tralcetto label launched in 2024 marks the estate's first step into dealcoholised production. Tasters note straw yellow colour with bright reflections, yellow stone fruit and floral nuances on the nose, and a fresh, balanced finish. The wine is best served at 8-10°C.
