Zaccagnini's Tralcetto Dealcoholized White Wine is an alcohol-free white wine from the Cantina Zaccagnini winery in Bolognano, Abruzzo, where the Tralcetto line has been made since 1978. It is dealcoholised using vacuum distillation: the wine is made at full strength, then warmed under reduced pressure in evaporation columns so the alcohol evaporates at a low temperature while the flavour is kept. Made from white grapes, it carries yellow fruit and a floral character.
