Zero Regrets Pinot Grigio is an alcohol-free white wine made from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes sourced from Sicily. The wine is then processed in Belgium, where the alcohol is removed by vacuum distillation, a method run at reduced pressure and around 30°C, which lowers the boiling point and helps preserve the primary fruit aromas. It sits alongside the Zero Regrets Primitivo, an alcohol-free red wine from Puglia.
