Zero Regrets Primitivo is an alcohol-free red wine made from the Primitivo grape, grown in Puglia in southern Italy by the Belgian-based brand Zero Regrets. The wine undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation at around 22°C, then the alcohol is removed using vacuum distillation at around 30°C, a low-temperature process that helps preserve the aromatic character of the wine.
