Edelweiss Alkoholfrei is an alcohol-free wheat beer from Hallein in Austria, made using the same top-fermentation process as the classic Edelweiss wheat beer. Once brewed, the alcohol is gently removed, preserving the beer's character. Naturally cloudy and amber-coloured, it has a distinct fruity aroma.
