The brand launched with a Cabernet Sauvignon in 2017 after the founders identified a gap in the market for quality AF wine from a wine-producing country with genuine vineyard credentials. Grapes are sourced from two of Chile's most respected growing regions: the Maipo Valley for reds and the Casablanca Valley for whites, giving the range a regional specificity rarely found in AF wine production. Each wine begins as a traditionally fermented wine before the alcohol is removed using spinning cone column technology, a low-temperature method that separates the alcohol from the wine's components while preserving the aromas and flavours of the original. Working at lower temperatures than conventional distillation protects the delicate compounds that give each wine its character, and this specialist approach means Sinzero operates as a dedicated AF producer rather than a generalist adding AF options alongside an existing alcoholic range.

The current portfolio covers still and sparkling styles across red, white, rosé, and sparkling formats at 0.0% ABV. Since launching, Sinzero has expanded its distribution to more than ten countries, including the UK, the USA, Canada, and Brazil, making it one of the few South American producers with a meaningful international footprint in the AF wine category.

The brand sits in the mid-range price bracket and uses multi-channel distribution reaching both specialist AF retailers and broader trade channels internationally. Sinzero's regional vineyard sourcing, from named Chilean valleys with established winemaking reputations, gives the brand a viticulture basis that generic AF wine production rarely provides. That provenance is most relevant to sober-curious drinkers who want a wine-occasion drink grounded in real viticulture rather than a flavoured grape-juice base.
