Sinzero Cabernet Sauvignon is a non-alcoholic red wine and part of Sinzero's alcohol-free wine range. Sinzero was the first brand in Chile dedicated entirely to dealcoholised wine production. A portion of this Cabernet Sauvignon is aged for four months in French oak ahead of the dealcoholisation stage, bringing an oak maturation step into the alcohol-free wine process.
