Sinzero Cabernet Sauvignon is an alcohol-free red wine from Chile's Valle del Maipo, made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The wine is dealcoholised using a rotating cone column, a system that removes alcohol under low pressure, which is gentler than conventional heat-based distillation and helps retain the wine's character. Ruby red in the glass, the nose carries blackberry, raspberry, strawberry, plum, vanilla, and toast with spice. On the palate, black fruit leads with sweet cinnamon and clove, a wood-aged quality, a trace of tannin, and a light, smooth, fruity body.
