Sinzero

The brand traces its origins to a trip to Europe, where founder Cecilia Prat encountered a well-established appetite for dealcoholised wine that had no equivalent back in Chile. Returning to Santiago, she established Sinzero under Comercial DYP SPA, with winemaker Paula Bottero leading production. Sinzero is recognised as a pioneer of dealcoholised beverages in South America.

All of Sinzero's wines begin with grapes sourced from the main wine valleys of Chile. These are fermented into a conventional base wine before the alcohol is removed through Low-Pressure Distillation using a Rotating Cone Column system, meaning the wine passes through a series of spinning cones inside a sealed column under reduced atmospheric pressure, allowing the alcohol to be separated at low temperatures. This approach preserves the flavour, aroma and colour of the source wine. The resulting wines are lighter than conventional wines and the complete range is vegan.

Sinzero's portfolio spans reds, whites, rosés and sparkling wines, all of which contain sulphites. The brand positions the range for athletes and for people who are pregnant, alongside anyone choosing to avoid alcohol.

The brand distributes through multiple channels and is available in markets outside Chile.
