Ara

The name Ara derives from the Māori word for "path." The brand's vineyards occupy the Wairau Valley, within Marlborough's cooler growing zones, and hold certification from Sustainable Winegrowing New Zealand.

To produce the alcohol-free range, Ara uses spinning cone technology, a process that removes aroma and alcohol from the base wine. Senior Winemaker Jeremy Tod oversees the alcohol-free wines, which sit alongside a broader conventional portfolio from the same Marlborough estate.
