Ara Zero Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is an alcohol-free wine from the Marlborough region of New Zealand, made by Ara Wines. It begins as a full-strength Sauvignon Blanc and is then dealcoholised using spinning cone technology, a process that gently separates and removes the alcohol while keeping the wine's aromatics. On the nose it carries classic Sauvignon blackcurrant with a touch of fresh herbs. To taste there is grapefruit and tropical fruit, with passionfruit and pineapple coming through. Ara also makes a Zero Marlborough Rosé.
