Ara Zero Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is the Sauvignon Blanc entry in Ara's dealcoholised wine range, produced at the winery the brand has operated in the Wairau Valley since 1999. The alcohol is removed using spinning cone technology, which separates and retains the wine's aromatics before extraction; those captured aromatics are then reblended with premium grape juice in the finished product, helping to preserve the varietal character of the Marlborough appellation. The process produces an alcohol-free white wine that retains the regional identity of one of New Zealand's most celebrated white wine regions.
