Ara Zero Marlborough Rosé is an alcohol-free rosé wine made from sustainably grown grapes in New Zealand's Marlborough region. The alcohol is removed using spinning cone technology, a process where the wine passes through a spinning cone column at low temperature to preserve aromatic character during dealcoholisation. The result is a rosé with flavours of strawberry, lime, guava and redcurrant, with subtle floral character alongside. The palate has crisp citrus and subtle sweetness, set against clean acidity, and the finish is fresh, dry and moreish.
