Ara has been growing grapes in Marlborough's Wairau Valley since 1999, and the Zero range applies spinning cone technology to full-strength Marlborough wines rather than building from a neutral base. The process first separates the wine's natural aromatics, removes the alcohol, then reintroduces those captured aromas along with premium grape juice in the final blend.
