Noughty

All wines are produced in southern Spain using traditional winemaking in stainless steel vats. After fermentation, they are dealcoholised through vacuum distillation with aroma recovery, a process in which the alcohol is removed under low pressure while the wine's aromatic compounds are recaptured; part of the range goes through a gently spun cone variant of the same vacuum process. The grapes are entirely organically grown: Chardonnay from sandy and calcareous (chalk-rich) vineyards in La Mancha, southern Spain, goes into the white and sparkling wines, while organic Tempranillo from the same region supplies the rosés. The wines are lightly carbonated and finished with organic sugar and sulphur dioxide.

Noughty covers sparkling and still whites alongside rosés, all positioned in the premium bracket. The brand was built for wine lovers who want to balance their alcohol intake, and the range is noted as a suitable choice for pregnant or nursing women. The wines are well suited to aperitif occasions and work alongside food. Noughty is available across multiple channels and is exported to the United States, Canada, Japan, and Sweden.
