Noughty Rosé is an alcohol-free rosé wine, made from Pinotage grapes harvested in the Western Cape region of South Africa. The wine is made at full strength first, then dealcoholised using spinning cone technology, a method that gently spins the alcohol out while keeping the wine's flavour. It is made in a Provence style. Summer berries lead the flavour, with fresh apricot on the aroma, a balanced palate and a gentle finish. It is also low in sulphites, at under 150mg per litre. Noughty also makes a Sparkling Rosé version.
