Noughty Rosé is an alcohol-free still wine made from 100% Tempranillo sourced from sandy and calcareous soils in southern Spain. The alcohol is removed by vacuum distillation (distillation at reduced pressure, chosen to protect delicate fruit aromatics). Founder Amanda Thomson set out to keep sugar deliberately low, and the brand adds no body builders or extra sugar to the finished wine. The wine has a classic rosé colour and a scent of fresh summer berries.
