Noughty Sparkling Chardonnay is the alcohol-free sparkling white in Thomson & Scott's Noughty range, sourced from 100% organic Chardonnay grown on sandy, calcareous vineyards in southern Spain. The wine is dealcoholised (made at full strength before the alcohol is removed) using vacuum distillation, a process that operates at reduced pressure to preserve the wine's aromas. It sits alongside the Sparkling Rosé within the brand's sparkling lineup.
