Noughty Sparkling Rosé is an alcohol-free sparkling wine made from Tempranillo grapes grown in La Mancha, southern Spain. Noughty dealcoholises using vacuum distillation, meaning the wine is processed under low pressure to remove the alcohol, with an aroma recovery step to recapture what would otherwise be lost. Sulphites are kept below 150mg per litre. In the glass it is a pale pink hue with fine, persistent bubbles and light carbonation. The nose carries freshly picked berry aromas. On the palate, it balances sweetness and acidity. It works well as an aperitif. As it contains no alcohol, it is suitable for pregnant and nursing women.
