Noughty Sparkling Rosé is the alcohol-free sparkling rosé in Thomson & Scott's Noughty range, made from 100% organic Tempranillo, a grape variety more commonly associated with red wines, sourced from La Mancha in southern Spain. The wine undergoes a four-hour maceration before stainless steel fermentation, then has the alcohol removed via vacuum distillation with aroma recovery, a process that distils at reduced pressure to protect delicate aromatics. The result is lightly carbonated.
