Noughty Rouge is an alcohol-free red wine made from 100% Syrah grapes grown in Darling, South Africa. The alcohol is removed using spinning cone technology, a low-temperature vacuum process. The flavour is ripe red fruit and candied cherries, with crushed black pepper and dried rose petal, and tannin from French oak. It is non-vintage and contains less than 150mg per litre of sulphites.
