Noughty Monté is an alcohol-free red wine made entirely from Syrah grapes. To take the alcohol out, it is dealcoholised using spinning cone technology, which separates the alcohol under vacuum at low temperature so the wine keeps its character. It is then aged in French oak for more than twelve months. On the nose there is bright blackberry with a touch of spice.
