Goodh Brewing
Goodh Brewing is an independent Cornish micro-brewery founded in 2020 in Indian Queens, Cornwall, whose name derives from the Cornish word for 'wild'.
Louis and Janine Knight established Goodh with a focus on modern, hop-forward beers alongside mixed-fermentation styles, meaning beers produced using combinations of different yeasts and bacteria rather than a single cultured strain, a process associated with funky, layered complexity. Barrel-aged projects sit alongside the core hop-driven range. That technical ambition carries through to the alcohol-free line: a 0.5% AF hazy pale that extends the same aromatic approach rather than operating as a separate product category.
Goodh also runs a taproom and kitchen in Truro, giving the brand a public presence in Cornwall's principal city to complement the production site at Indian Queens. Distribution is multi-channel: direct-to-consumer via the brand's own website and through specialist alcohol-free retailers. Sober-curious drinkers looking for AF beer from a brewery with established hop and fermentation credentials will find the range sits in the premium bracket, reflecting a producer that arrived at low-alcohol from a position of genuine brewing knowledge.
