What began as a personal project became a proper brand. The pivot point came when David shifted focus from sparkling sodas to ready-to-drink non-alcoholic cocktails. The idea was simple: take classic cocktails, strip out the alcohol, and make something genuinely good without reaching for artificial sweeteners or a list of additives nobody can pronounce. Canned, convenient, and built for social occasions.

The range runs to over a dozen cocktails. Classic G&T, Margarita, Mojito Spritz, Passion Fruit Martini, Negroni Spritz and more, all built around distilled botanicals and natural extracts. The flavour profiles aim to echo the real thing rather than politely gesture at it. Several products picked up medals at the Melbourne International Spirits Competition, which gives some independent validation to the craft ambitions behind them.

Naked Life grew into the leading non-alcoholic RTD brand in Australia, stocked across the major supermarket chains there. International expansion followed, with the US launch coming via a distribution deal with Molson Coors in late 2024. The UK arrived in early 2025, starting with Ocado before rolling out further.

For UK shoppers it is a newer name, but the product has a decade of refinement behind it. Priced at the accessible end of the premium AF bracket, it sits comfortably alongside better-established European brands and offers something a bit different: an Australian take on the cocktail-in-a-can format, with genuine no-sugar credentials.
