Wolf Blass is an Australian winery established in 1966 in the Barossa Valley of South Australia, producing a portfolio of wines and an alcohol-free line made through gentle dealcoholisation. The brand was founded by Wolfgang Franz Otto Blass, who came to Australia from Germany in 1961 with a diploma in winemaking and an ambition to make great wine, having entered the trade after his parents gave him an ultimatum to take a winemaking apprenticeship. He began production in a humble tin shed in the Barossa Valley, initially selling under the Bilyara label, and acquired a small vineyard plot at Bilyara in 1968.

All fruit is sourced from South Australia, and the wine range is organised into different series by label colour. Mildara acquired Wolf Blass in 1991, and Foster's Brewing Group purchased the business in 1996; it is now owned by Treasury Wine Estates. In 2003, Wolf Blass was recognised as Australia's number one wine brand for high-quality, large-scale production. Counted among Australia's original wine brands, it is now one of the country's biggest wineries, a sponsor of AFL Women's, and carries an eagle as its symbol. Wolfgang Blass was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia in 2001.

The alcohol-free range is gently dealcoholised, meaning the wines are fermented to full strength and then the alcohol is removed, retaining the character of the South Australian fruit. The AF portfolio spans still and sparkling wines and is positioned towards designated drivers and health-conscious drinkers.
