To Øl is an independently-owned Danish craft brewery, founded in 2010, that produces alcohol-free beers and is recognised as the largest craft brewery in Northern Europe.

The name translates from Danish as "Two Beers" and is drawn from the first names of its founders, Tore Gynther and Tobias Emil Jensen. The two met at Det Frie Gymnasium in the Nørrebro district of Copenhagen, where they began homebrewing in 2005 by using the school's kitchen facilities during out-of-hours sessions. That project turned commercial with the release of the first To Øl beer in 2010.

Initially, To Øl operated as a gypsy brewer, using spare capacity at other breweries including De Proefbrouwerij in Belgium. In 2016, the brewery opened BRUS, a brewpub in Nørrebro. Tobias Emil Jensen left in 2017 to work on other projects. In 2019, To Øl acquired a former ketchup factory in the western part of Zealand and converted it into To Øl City, a craft beverage hub that also hosts cider producers, kombucha brewers and rum distillers. Production there began in 2020 at a facility spanning 26,000 square metres. To Øl continues to produce some beers at other breweries.

Across its history, the brewery has produced over 250 different beers. The alcohol-free range sits alongside a wider portfolio of lagers, pilsners, kettle-soured styles and brown ales. To Øl was ranked the ninth best brewery in the world in 2014, and its products are distributed internationally.
