About This Drink
To Øl Implosion Pink Sour is a fruited, alcohol-free sour beer and part of the Implosion series. It is kettle soured, a process where lactic acid bacteria are added to the wort before boiling to create the characteristic sourness. Lychee and hibiscus are used as flavourings, and the drink's pink colour comes from hibiscus and purple carrot.
