About This Drink
To Øl Implosion Lager is the pale lager in To Øl's Implosion sub-range, a series from the Copenhagen brewery that also includes amber lager and sour expressions. Unlike many alcohol-free lagers, it is fermented using Lallemand non-alcoholic yeast, meaning no alcohol is produced in the first place rather than being removed after fermentation. The hop bill uses German noble varieties: Tradition and Spalter Select, both associated with the clean, herbal character of classic central European lager.
