No & Low entered the alcohol-free wine category early, at a time when balance and structure were often missing from the products then available. Rather than building from grape juice blends, the brand works directly with producers across respected wine regions, and every wine in the range begins as real wine. Two de-alcoholisation processes are applied, each matched to the style of wine being made. Sparkling wines go through low-temperature vacuum distillation, a method in which the alcohol is removed at lower temperatures under reduced pressure. Still wines are processed through a Spinning Cone Column system, which strips out the alcohol by passing the wine across a series of spinning cones under low pressure over successive cycles.

The range covers both still and sparkling wines. No & Low's dual base between the United States and France places the brand within an international market for dealcoholised wines, and the range is pitched at sober-curious drinkers who want alcohol-free wine built on a genuine wine base.
