Made from 100% Chardonnay grown in Curicó Valley in central Chile, this is a no-frills white that leans into the grape's cleaner qualities. No oak means no butter or vanilla, just the citrus-forward, mineral character you'd expect from a cool-influence Chardonnay. The alcohol is removed gently to keep those aromatics in place. On the glass it smells of fresh lemon and a light floral lift. Drinking it, you get green apple alongside lemon, with a touch of soft tropical fruit. The acidity is the defining feature: bright and mouthwatering, with a crisp mineral finish that makes the bottle go quickly. At 20 calories per 100ml and only 2g of sugar, it's one of the leaner options in the AF white wine category. No & Low is based in Michigan, but the sourcing is Chilean, and they've had it recognised by VinePair as one of the better NA wines of 2025.
