Sparkling Peach
A sparkling wine from Airén grapes in La Mancha, Spain, with natural peach flavouring giving ripe orchard fruit character over fine persistent carbonation.

This one sits somewhere between a sparkling wine and a flavoured aperitif. The base is Airén, a workhorse white grape from La Mancha in central Spain, widely planted and known for neutral character that makes it a sensible canvas for flavouring. No & Low add natural peach flavour to the dealcoholised base, then carbonate and bottle it in Germany. The result is unashamedly fruit-forward. Ripe peach and nectarine dominate, with a background of citrus zest keeping it from tipping into dessert territory. The bubbles are fine and persistent. It's noticeably sweeter than the rest of the No & Low range: 6.67g of sugar per 100ml versus 2-3g in the still wines. Worth knowing if you're watching intake. The sweetness is balanced by enough acidity to stop it cloying. Customer reviews are enthusiastic, several comparing it to a non-alcoholic Bellini or a Fuzzy Navel. If you're serving people who don't particularly like conventional wine flavours, this is the crowd-pleaser in the range.
