No & Low Sparkling Rosé was the second alcohol-free wine released in the brand's sparkling sub-range, following the Sparkling Chardonnay. Built from 100% Tempranillo grapes sourced from the La Mancha region of Spain, it draws its inspiration from the rosés of Provence. The alcohol is removed by vacuum distillation at low temperatures, preserving the wine's aromatic integrity. The brief for this expression was deliberately drier than most non-alcoholic sparkling wines on the market, with vibrant acidity cited as the key structural element.
