No & Low Sparkling Rosé is an alcohol-free sparkling rosé made from 100% Tempranillo grown in the La Mancha region of central Spain. It is alcohol-removed, meaning the wine is made at full strength and then has its alcohol taken out. The aroma is floral first, with red fruit following. On the palate there is plenty of fizz, with raspberry, strawberry, grapefruit and tart cherry alongside a wet stone minerality. It closes on a zesty, semi-sweet finish.
