Where No & Low's Sparkling Peach leans into fruit flavouring, the Sparkling Rosé is a more straightforward proposition: dealcoholised Tempranillo rosé wine from La Mancha, carbonated and bottled in Germany. Tempranillo is an unexpected but effective choice for sparkling rosé, giving red fruit character and enough structural backbone to survive the dealcoholisation process. On the nose there's floral and red fruit. The palate brings raspberry and strawberry with a grapefruit zest edge and a subtle mineral thread. The finish is lightly off-dry, which keeps it accessible without being sweet, and the effervescence is fine and even. At 20 calories per 100ml it sits alongside the Chardonnay as one of the lighter options in the range. It's the most versatile of the No & Low sparklings: dry enough for dinner, celebratory enough to pour in a flute.
