Sharp's
Sharp's Brewery is a Cornwall-based British ale producer founded in 1994 by William "Bill" Sharp in Rock, a village in the St Minver Lowlands, whose core range of cask ales, seasonal ales, and pasteurised bottled beers now includes an alcohol-free addition.
The brewery opened in Rock in 1994 and has remained based there since. Sharp's runs as a production-only business without any tied pubs, hotels, or restaurants. On 2 February 2011, Molson Coors acquired the brewery, and Sharp's has operated as part of that group since then. The brand is best known for its flagship cask ale.
The range spans regular cask ales and seasonal ales alongside pasteurised bottled beers, with the alcohol-free option broadening the offer to sober-curious drinkers and designated drivers. The AF addition is available through multiple retail channels and sits at the mid-range of the market.
