Sharp's Doom Bar Zero is an alcohol-free amber ale from Cornwall, brewed to full strength and then dealcoholised, meaning the alcohol is removed after fermentation is complete. Named after the Doom Bar sandbank at the mouth of the Camel Estuary in Rock, the drink is the AF counterpart to Sharp's flagship Doom Bar. It was launched in August 2020. The flavour brings caramel, liquorice, and raisin, with a touch of black cherry and a chalky, dry finish.
