Seasn

The idea for Seasn began in a kitchen, with Ben Branson spending six years refining the product before launch. Seasn is the first project from Pollen Projects and is manufactured by Speciality Brands Ltd. The brand positions its bitters as the salt and pepper of drinks: a condiment-format ingredient designed to add depth and character to cocktails and soft-drink serves, not to replicate a specific spirit category.

The bitters contain no alcohol and carry no allergens. The formulation draws on ingredients including King of Bitters, kombu, sea salt, quassia, grapefruit, lime, rosemary, smoked cherrywood, kola nut, star anise, cinnamon, black pepper, mushroom, and cocoa.

Seasn is used in over 300 top bars and restaurants, including at five Michelin-starred venues, and more than 40,000 drinks have been seasoned with the product. The brand counts some of the world's best bars and kitchens among its accounts. From its London base, Seasn distributes into the United States as well as the United Kingdom.

The brand targets moderators looking to add flavour and complexity to low-alcohol and soft-drink serves.
