Seasn Light Cocktail Bitters is an alcohol-free bitters made in Dublin, the lighter, greener counterpart to the brand's Dark Cocktail Bitters. The bitterness comes from quassia, known as the king of bitters, while kombu and sea salt add a savoury, salty edge. It smells green and zesty, with fresh cut grass, lime and grapefruit peel on the nose. To taste it is clean and bitter, with a moreish salinity that keeps it savoury rather than sweet.
