Ollenaut is an Estonian craft brewery founded in 2013 in Saue, Estonia by Ilmar Räni and Enn Parel, producing its alcohol-free beer range under the sub-brand name Kaineken.

The brewery was among the first small-scale craft operations to emerge during Estonia's early craft beer movement. The name Ollenaut combines the Estonian words for beer and enjoyment, whilst Kaineken takes its cue from the Estonian word kaine, meaning sober, a deliberate sub-brand identity for the AF range. Ollenaut relocated to a larger production facility in Saku in 2017 and launched the first Kaineken beer, an IPA, in 2018.

The Kaineken range is produced using arrested fermentation: fermentation is stopped at a precise point to keep alcohol below 0.5% without removing it after brewing. This differs from dealcoholisation, where beer is brewed to full strength and then has the alcohol extracted. Arrested fermentation preserves fermentation character in the finished beer and avoids the post-production removal step used by most industrial producers.

The lineup covers a broad sweep of styles, including pilsners, pale ales, IPAs, fruit-hopped and fruit-infused variants, and lagers. The range also includes a smoked porter, an unusual dark-style format in the alcohol-free category that makes Kaineken stand out for sober-curious drinkers who want styles beyond standard lighter formats. Dark, complex beers with genuine smoke character are rare at 0.5% or below.

As a mixed brewery, Ollenaut produces full-strength beers alongside the Kaineken AF range. Distribution is through specialist alcohol-free retailers. Pricing sits in the premium bracket for imported craft AF beer.
