Ollenaut Kaineken Citra is the Citra-hopped variant in the Kaineken series, Õllenaut's range of non-alcoholic beers fermented to a naturally low ABV using a specialised yeast rather than having alcohol removed after brewing. Known as the Kaineken process, this approach keeps the ABV at or below 0.5% from fermentation itself, without a post-brew dealcoholisation step. Brewed in Saku, Estonia, the Citra is single-hopped, giving the pale ale a clean, focused hop character rather than the complexity of a multi-hop blend.
