Copenhagen Sparkling Tea is a Danish maker of alcohol-free sparkling teas, founded in Copenhagen in May 2017 by sommelier Jacob Kocemba and business partner Bo Sten Hansen.

The brand traces its origin to a specific moment in Kocemba's career at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Copenhagen, where he found himself unable to locate a suitable wine pairing for a dessert. That search led to the creation of Copenhagen Sparkling Tea. In 2021, Lars Belling, who had previously held an executive role at Moët Hennessy, partnered with Kocemba and Hansen.

The teas are hand-brewed from a blend of up to 13 different organic varieties, drawing on white, green and black teas sourced from around the world. After blending, the liquid is rested for two to three months before bottling. The drinks also include white grape juice and organic lemon juice, and each bottle contains approximately 12 to 13 mg of caffeine.

The brand's drinks are served at more than 100 Michelin restaurants worldwide, and two of them have won awards. Copenhagen Sparkling Tea is available in over 50 countries.

In 2022, the company extended its portfolio with The Sparkling T, a line of alcohol-free and low-alcohol sparkling beverages made using cold-brewed tea.
