BLÅ is the black tea-led expression in Copenhagen Sparkling Tea's range, from a brand founded in 2017 by Danish sommelier Jacob Kocemba. The tea base draws on hand-picked leaves from named Darjeeling estates, including Happy Valley, Namring Upper and Steinthal, blended with jasmine and white tea. It sits within a small range of organic sparkling teas formulated as alcohol-free, wine-format alternatives.
