Nirvana Brewery is the UK's first brewery dedicated entirely to alcohol-free beer, founded in East London on 18 February 2016.

The brewery launched under the name Fit Beer, established by founder Becky, who was inspired by a father-in-law who could no longer drink alcohol. The early brand was aimed at health-conscious drinkers. After a merger with a business called Copper Tun, the company was renamed Nirvana Brewery, and a full rebrand followed in 2021. The brewery operates independently as a microbrewery in east London, with James Rabagliati as brewer.

Nirvana's beers are made with the same core ingredients as traditional beer: malt, hops, water, and yeast. Specially developed yeast strains keep alcohol levels below 0.5% ABV across the range. For its German-style beers, the brewery uses vacuum distillation, a process in which beer is brewed at full strength and the alcohol is then removed under controlled low pressure. Nirvana also draws on German brewing traditions and is the only Soil Association certified organic brewery in London.

The range spans lagers, pale ales, IPAs, stouts, porters, and kettle sours. For darker beers, the brewery works with Climpson & Sons, an east London coffee roaster, and uses roasted chocolate malts in its stout variants. In 2018, Nirvana launched the world's first kombucha beer.

Founder Becky appeared in Management Today's '35 under 35' list in 2022. The business secured £500k in investment in 2023, the same year annual revenues grew by 16%. The beers have been covered in the Times, the Guardian, Metro, and the Independent.

Nirvana's beers are available through specialist alcohol-free retailers and direct from the brand's own website.
