Nirvana Chocolate Milk Stout is a limited-edition alcohol-free milk stout from Nirvana Brewery in Leyton, East London. It comes in a 330ml purple can and is sometimes marketed under the longer name Chocolate & Vanilla Alcohol Free Milk Stout. The recipe uses roasted malts together with lactose for sweetness, with cocoa nibs and vanilla extract delivering layers of milk chocolate, cocoa, caramel and coffee on a creamy, full-bodied palate. Unlike many of Nirvana's drinks, this product is not vegan because of the lactose. The release is no longer sold direct from Nirvana's own shop but continues to circulate at specialist alcohol-free retailers including Dry Drinker, The Alcohol Free Co and Wise Bartender.
