Nirvana Brewery IPA is the brewery's flagship alcohol-free IPA, brewed in Leyton, East London at a brewery dedicated entirely to no- and low-alcohol beer. Built on a base of Vienna and Munich malts and dry-hopped with Mosaic, Nectaron and Simcoe, it is a hop-forward, modern IPA produced and fermented to under 0.5% ABV. Gluten removal is achieved by enzyme treatment during fermentation, and the beer carries the standard Nirvana ingredient list of water, barley, wheat, hops, yeast and a small amount of preservatives. Sold in both 330ml bottle and 330ml can formats across the brewery's own site and specialist alcohol-free retailers.
