Nirvana Brewery Stout Dark & Smooth is an alcohol-free dry stout brewed in Leyton, East London at a brewery dedicated entirely to no- and low-alcohol beer. The recipe has been sold under several names through its life — originally as Kosmic Stout, then as Dark & Rich in 330ml bottles, also marketed as a nitrogen-infused canned variant under the Nitro Stout name, and currently as Dark & Smooth in 330ml cans on the brewery's own site. Gluten removal is achieved by an enzyme treatment during fermentation, with the beer certified to under 20 parts per million. The bottle format remains in retailer circulation alongside the current can.
