Nirvana Brewery's Lemon Gose is an alcohol-free wheat beer modelled after the traditional sour beers of northern Germany. A Gose is a tart, lightly salted wheat beer, and this one is steeped with toasted coriander seeds and dried Persian limes, with Maldon Sea Salt flakes added during brewing. The result is sour and easy to drink, with a fruited character. It is a seasonal, limited edition release, and 10% of all proceeds go to support the British Red Cross's Ukraine Appeal.
