Alli Briaris launched the brand after stepping away from alcohol and finding that genuinely sophisticated AF options were almost absent from the market. She wanted something that matched the complexity of a good gin or a fine wine, without the alcohol. Drinks Kitchen was built to fill that gap.

The brand uses a distil-and-blend approach: botanicals are distilled to capture their aromatic character, then blended into each aperitif. Bottles are produced in small batches in Somerset. The core range covers four distinct botanical aperitifs, each intended to be served long, typically one part Drinks Kitchen to three or four parts sparkling water or tonic water. That simplicity of serve is central to the brand's identity: no elaborate preparation required, just good ingredients in a glass.

Drinks Kitchen sits squarely within the sober-curious market, offering AF drinking that asks to be treated with the same consideration as the spirits and wines that inspired it.
