Drinks Kitchen Spiced Rhubarb is an alcohol-free aperitif from North Somerset, built on a blend of rhubarb, juniper, ginger and a small amount of chilli. Each botanical is distilled and extracted on its own before the blend is brought together, rather than processed all at once. One bottle makes around 19 drinks. The result is rhubarb led, with ginger warmth and just a touch of chilli heat to finish.
