Drinks Kitchen Herb Verde is an alcohol-free aperitif made in North Somerset. It is built from botanicals that are distilled and extracted individually, then blended together rather than steeped as one mix. The result tastes fresh and green, with mint, rosemary, gentian and thyme. Its green colour comes from copper complexes of chlorophyllin, a plant-derived pigment. Serve it over ice or lengthen it with tonic for an aperitif without the spirit base.
