Firebrand

Firebrand Brewing Co. is an independent craft brewery based in Launceston, Cornwall, that brews both alcoholic and alcohol-free beers, founded in 2012 in a converted milking parlour on the edge of Bodmin Moor. Co-owner and head brewer Joe Thomson set out to produce a more modern style of beer, and the brewery takes its inspiration from the rugged South West countryside.

Firebrand uses Cornish spring water and all-natural ingredients in its beers. American hops, specifically Citra, Mosaic, and Ekuanot, run through the range. In 2021 the brewery moved to larger premises in Launceston, where it now runs a taproom, a shop, and a programme of brewery tours, tastings, music nights, and other events.

The alcohol-free side of the range includes lagers and hazy pales, catering to sober-curious drinkers and those seeking full-flavoured options without alcohol. Firebrand entered 2025 with record-breaking sales.
