Sheppy's is a Somerset cider maker founded in 1816 by John Shepson, who later changed his name to Sheppy, and has been run by six generations of the same family ever since. Based at Three Bridges Farm, Bradford-on-Tone, Taunton, the family-run farm grows, harvests, presses and bottles its ciders on site. The Sheppy family moved to Bradford-on-Tone from the Bristol area in 1917.

David Sheppy, the sixth-generation Master of Cider, leads the family-owned business today, making Sheppy's one of the oldest independent cider makers in the world. The ciders follow traditional methods, made from a blend of Somerset's traditional and dessert cider apples and fermented using naturally occurring yeast drawn from the same fruit. David Sheppy blends different apple varieties to produce the house style.

Cider-making at the farm paused during the Second World War but resumed afterwards. The business celebrated its bicentenary in 2016 and opened a farm shop, deli, cheesemonger, café, restaurant and bar on site in 2017. Sheppy's has also added new production facilities at Three Bridges Farm.

Alongside its traditional cider portfolio, Sheppy's produces alcohol-free ciders made to share the same flavour profile as the traditional lineup. The range suits designated drivers and weeknight drinkers seeking familiar cider character without the alcohol.
