Sheppy's

The Sheppy family has been farming and pressing apples at Three Bridges Farm since 1917, and the business is now led by David Sheppy, the sixth generation of the family to run the operation. The farm maintains over 90 acres of orchards planted with traditional cider apple varieties, and Sheppy's still uses a 1930s hydraulic press for certain batches, a detail that reflects the unhurried production approach the family has maintained across generations. The low-alcohol range, launched in 2018, extends that heritage into the moderation space, giving sober-curious drinkers access to the same Somerset apple character that defines the full-strength portfolio. A second style was added to the low-alcohol range in November 2020.

Both products draw on apple varieties grown at Three Bridges Farm, and the brand positions them as a genuine part of its cider-making output rather than a separate commercial tier.

Sheppy's operates a multi-channel distribution model: the low-alcohol range is available across mainstream supermarkets, through specialist alcohol-free retailers, via direct-to-consumer online sales, and at the farm shop at Three Bridges Farm.
