Sheppy's Low Alcohol Classic Cider is an alcohol-free cider produced in Somerset by a sixth-generation family business with over two centuries of cider-making history. David Sheppy, who holds the title of Master of Cider, oversees production. The cider uses a blend of Somerset's traditional and dessert cider apples. On the nose, it has a delicate apple aroma. The palate is light and crisp, with a fruity red-apple character that is tart but not too sweet and a medium body. The finish is bittersweet, with a trace of tannin. Launched in 2018, the range also includes a raspberry variant.
