Adnams Wild Wave 0.5% Cider is an alcohol-free cider from Suffolk, made in collaboration with Gloucestershire cider maker Rod Clifford. Inspired by a walk on Southwold beach, it uses a blend of bittersweet and dessert English apples and is fully fermented, meaning the cider ferments through to completion before bottling. The result keeps a refreshing balance suited to session drinking. Clean and fruity in character, it has a natural apple sweetness.
