Chance Clean Cider is an alcohol-free cider made from 100% British apples, produced in Worcestershire using traditional cider-making methods. Rather than dealcoholised, it is made using the 'liquored down' approach, meaning water is added to bring the cider to its 0.5% ABV target rather than stripping alcohol from a full-strength brew. In the glass it is pale gold, naturally clear and lightly sparkling. The aroma offers fresh apple, pear and blossom. On the palate it is crisp and refreshing, with apple flavour and a balanced, medium-dry finish.
