Browar Gzub is a family-owned Polish craft brewery founded in 2014 by the Staszewski family in Annopole, near Środa Wielkopolska, with an AF range launched around 2019.

The brewery was built from the ground up on the family's own land in Annopole, in the Greater Poland region. The name Gzub comes from the Poznań dialect, where it refers to a small child or toddler, a nod to the brewery's regional roots. Browar Gzub operates with its own physical brewing facility and taproom, draws on traditional Belgian brewing as a reference point for its core range, and applies modern craft approaches to both its alcoholic and alcohol-free output.

The AF range takes its names from wind and weather phenomena. The styles span IPAs and sour IPAs, reflecting a willingness to experiment beyond the safer AF formats. Sour IPAs in an alcohol-free format are a relatively uncommon choice, and the inclusion of that style alongside standard IPAs gives sober-curious drinkers a more varied selection than many small breweries offer.

Browar Gzub distributes its AF range through specialist alcohol-free retailers. The brewery's own facility on family land, built from the ground up in Annopole, gives it an independence that contract producers cannot replicate. The AF lineup reflects the same creative ambition as the core range: Belgian-influenced foundations combined with modern hop-forward and sour formats.
