Bryza is an alcohol-free beer from Browar Gzub in Poland. It is brewed with a combination of barley malt and rye malt. The recipe targets a wort extract of 6.5° Balling, a measure of the dissolved sugars in the brew before fermentation. The finished beer is pasteurised. Light and citrusy, it is a refreshing drink.
