La Baume
La Baume is the alcohol-free wine range from Domaine de la Baume, a vineyard estate in Servian, in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of southern France, established by Jean Prat in 1882.
The domaine is now owned by Les Grands Chais de France. Its vineyards are planted with Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, and Petit Verdot, covering both white and red varietals. Some wines in the estate's portfolio are aged in French oak barrels for twelve months. In addition, a small-batch selection is produced in very limited quantities.
The La Baume alcohol-free range spans whites and reds at 0% ABV, with Chardonnay in the white styles and a Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah blend in the reds. These bottles sit alongside Domaine de la Baume's conventional wine output and are aimed at sober-curious drinkers who want alcohol-free wine from an established French estate. The range is distributed through multiple retail channels.
